Facilities
The resort is an ideal ‘retreat’ for Seminars, Conferences and Meetings as well as for Weddings and Receptions of all kinds. Up to eighty participants or guests can be comfortably accommodated in a large hall where the only distraction might be the wonderful views of the Lanna Countryside through the windows. A full range of Audio/Visual equipment as well as appropriate seating and lighting arrangements are available
 

The Golden Pine Resort consists of 80 beautifully designed cottages located in the heart of the Lanna countryside. The site was previously a rural village and is surrounded by Rice Fields on either side. The perception of tranquillity is enhanced by the backdrop of distant mist enshrouded hills which are the beginning of the vast Himalaya Range

    This Swimming Pool is one of the focal points of the Resort and its cool refreshing waters never cease to bring pleasure and enjoyment to the young and old alike! An early morning swim is invigorating and a late afternoon leisurely dip is both relaxing and wholly enjoyable

Excursions
A variety of half and full day Excursion Tours are available which can be booked at the Resort. These include a visit to the Golden Triangle which in former days was well known for its Poppy cultivation and Opium Manufacture. The busy border town of Mae Sai is also very interesting with its multitude of colourful goods on sale. A visit to the Mekong Delta which includes an exhilarating boat ride is also an event to be enjoyed by all. A most agreeable evening diversion is to visit the Night Bazaar at ChiangRai when all manner of Hill Tribe handicrafts are on display and for sale as souvenirs. Longer tripe to Thailand’s second City of ChiangMai are also available and much much more besides! It is simply a mater of ‘time and inclination’ as the possibilities for side trips are endless!
